Yes, absolutely! If you're purchasing one of our buildings, you have the option to either collect the unit from our location or arrange your own delivery. We’re flexible and happy to accommodate what works best for you.
Yes, transport fees do apply. The cost of delivery depends on your location and starts from $250.00. We’ll provide an exact quote based on your address.
No worries! Before we finalise any contracts, we assess site access to ensure delivery is possible. We’ll work with you to find the best solution if there are any challenges.
Unfortunately, KiwiSaver funds can’t be used for this type of purchase. However, we can guide you towards financing options that may be a better fit.
At the moment, we don't offer Rent-to-Own or financing directly. However, we work closely with our trusted finance partner, TMF Finance, who can help you explore alternative financing options.

All of our rental units come with window coverings as standard, ensuring privacy and comfort from the moment you move in. For purchased units, window coverings are not included by default but can be added based on your preferences. We’re happy to customise your unit to meet your needs, so just let us know what you’d like, and we’ll make it happen!

Standard Lift: As part of our delivery service, we include a side lift for easy offloading of your portable building or tiny home at the delivery site. This standard option is suitable for most locations with regular access. The Portable building is placed directly to the right or left of the delivery vehicle.
Extended Reach Requirements: In cases where additional reach is necessary, we assess the suitability of using a Hi-ab (truck-mounted crane). This option is considered based on the specific site conditions and accessibility.
Cranes: For larger distances or more complex site placement requirements, a crane might be needed to safely place your unit. This service is available upon request and will be coordinated to ensure the safe and precise placement of your building.
Site Access: Please ensure that the delivery site is accessible by our transport vehicles. Potential obstacles and site conditions should be communicated to us prior to delivery to facilitate the planning process.

Yes, the maximum length for our prefab homes is 12 metres. This size provides ample space while maintaining portability.
Our units are available for rent with a minimum rental period of 12 months. After that, you’re welcome to continue renting indefinitely based on your needs.

This depends on the size of the unit. Some of our larger units include kitchen facilities, while smaller units may not. We’ll help you choose the best option for your needs.
